Tell Me About Yourself

Most interviews start with a question on introduction. Unfortunately not many are prepared to answer. Introduction is a wonderful opportunity to kindle curiosity in the interviewer and set direction for the interview.

• That one rabbit hole you fell into.
• The other failed attempt to sell something you’ve built. All of them matters.

You become a different person in different space and time, write an intro for each of those personas. Each time you appear for an interview, review and re-write them for the role. With that in hand, you can lead the conversation ✌
